Nursing and Johnson & Johnson. The program was created in 2013 to provide leadership development for advanced practice nurses. Selected fellows start the program in April 2019 and will participate in three leadership retreats throughout the program year as well as monthly distance-based learning activities and a transformative health leadership project. Manager Practicum for our Entry Level Masters students. Dr. Hirsch defended her dissertation on March 18th. Her study focused on identifying barriers to primary care access immediately following jail release for repeat offenders who were returning to homelessness, and assessment of the feasibility of a warm hand-off intervention in overcoming barriers.
