has over 25 years of experience as an educator in baccalaureate, masters, and DNP and PhD programs in nursing. Dr. Habermann is an established researcher in the areas of aging, neurologic chronic illness and family caregiving. She has been funded by NIA and NINR as well as by private foundations. Primarily her research utilizes mixed-methods designs and has been at the descriptive and interventional levels.
