  • -2008 Biography I grew up in the Tacoma area and began working for PLU in the fall of 2000, shortly after graduation from Western Washington University. I started work at PLU as a software support specialist and manager of the main computer lab on campus, which was then located in the University Center. I was eventually promoted into the position of User Support Team Lead where I oversaw all hardware and software support, computer purchases and the computer replacement cycle for the university, as
