Jubilee Singers. A regional finalist at the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, Ms. Buchanan was a finalist in the national MacAllister Awards and the Eleanor Lieber Awards. Those discussions of gender, sexuality and violence served as precursors to my WMGS capstone.
