October 12, 2012 CPFR exercise Oct. 19 on campus Central Pierce Fire and Rescue will be on campus Oct. 19 at the Rieke Science Center conducting a functional exercise. The exercise scenario has CPFR responding to a spill on the second floor lab of Rieke. PLU staff will be on-hand to assist as technical experts to assist CPFR. March 21, 2011 PLU for Japan A student-led effort to raise funds for victims of the earthquake and tsunami that struck Japan began last week on campus. In four days, as of Friday, more than $3,000 was raised. Donations will continue to be received on Campus by the Old Main Market in the UC through Wednesday, March 23.
