The Associated Students of PLU (ASPLU) serves as the representative voice of students in promoting excellence in all aspects of PLU life. This association provides for active participation by all students through its committee structure. At PLU, pre-professional advising and counseling is done by the Pre-Health Sciences Advising Team comprised largely of faculty members in the Division of Natural Sciences, but sometimes from other Divisions. Each student interested in a career in the health sciences should meet with an advisor. Together the student and advisor plan course work, assess progress, and discuss career goals.
