  • In the event of the death of a benefits eligible employee, (including faculty or staff), salary will be paid through the last day worked. An additional amount equal to one month’s salary (173.33 hours) will also be paid if death occurs before the commencement of the university’s long-term disability coverage. Erik’s specialty is bicycle biomechanics and injury intervention. Erik is a frequent author and educator in bicycle-related topics. He attended the 2008 Paralympic Games as a Soigneur/PT for the USA Para-cycling team.
