ourselves as we do this planning work are: 1) where are we going, 2) how will we know when we’ve arrived, and 3) what steps to we need to take to get there? As we ask and answer these questions, we’ll need, of course, to carry on with our regular duties while we work on a process to embed strategic planning in our normal structures and ways of doing business.
